The Story

Wednesday | June 3rd | 6:30PM | $25 (Early Bird Price) | Ray's Wauwatosa

At long last, our dear friends from Bittercube are returning to the RAY-borhood! Join the Ray’s crew, along with special guest Bittercube alum Cameron McKenzie, for a cocktail basics and techniques showcase featuring Heirloom Liqueurs and Bittercube Bitters. Bittercube has long considered mixing cocktails to be very similar to “cooking” with spirits. If the liquor cabinet is our pantry, then we should consider liqueurs and bitters our spice rack. During this class, you will be presented with a handful of formulas. With these formulas (or cooking ratios) and a better understanding of our “spice rack,” you'll unlock and ease your personal experience of mixing delicious cocktails!
